Ultrasonic cutting machine

Ultrasonic cutting machine is a kind of machine equipment that uses ultrasonic kinetic energy to carry out laser cutting production and processing. Its major feature is that laser cutting does not require a knife edge. In other words, there is no need for the traditional definition. Traditional laser cutting uses a sharp knife edge that presses against the raw material being laser cut. This working pressure is concentrated at the knife edge, and the gas pressure is very large, exceeding the shear strength of the raw material being cut by the laser, and the molecular structure of the raw material is opened, and it is sawn off. Because the raw material is forced to open by the strong gas pressure, the laser cutting blade should be very sharp, and the raw material itself has to bear a relatively large working pressure. Laser cutting efficiency for flexible and ductile materials is not high.

The basic principle of the ultrasonic cutting machine is completely different. The ultrasonic welding machine equipment manufacturer heats and melts the part of the raw material cut by the laser according to the kinetic energy of the ultrasonic wave, and then achieves the purpose of laser cutting the raw material. Therefore, ultrasonic laser cutting does not require a sharp population or a very large working pressure, and it is not easy to cause chipping and damage of the laser cutting raw materials. In addition, because the cutter is performing ultrasonic vibration, the friction is particularly small, and the material being cut by laser is not easy to stick to the cutter head. This is especially reasonable for viscous ductile raw materials, frozen raw materials, such as food, plastic materials, and objects that are cumbersome to pressurize.

Ultrasonic laser cutting also has a very big advantage, that is, it has a welding effect in the laser cutting position and the laser cutting position is sealed, which is not easy to cause burrs of textile materials.
