Ultrasonic welding machine equipment is generally used to realize plastic welding in the market. It is faster than traditional adhesives or viscose water, and the drying time is also very fast, the welding accuracy is high, and it can work quickly, and it is an automatic equipment. Complicated orders can also be easily customized to incorporate various types of actual specifications and models of commodity welding. So what preparation work must the ultrasonic welding machine equipment do before welding?
1、Install ultrasonic mold
(1)First clean the transducer, ultrasonic mold and its ultrasonic mold screw with ethanol or car gasoline, and then apply a thin layer of yellow vegetable grease on the ultrasonic mold screw, transducer and ultrasonic mold fusion surface The ultrasonic mold screw is locked on the ultrasonic mold. Note: If the fusion surface of the transducer and the ultrasonic mold is damaged, the transmission efficiency of vibration will decrease, so care should be taken to maintain it.
(2)Then tighten the 4 ultrasonic mold leveling screws to fix the transducer in the middle of its rotation range.
(3)Tighten the transducer with the ultrasonic mold until it cannot rotate
(4)Use the ultrasonic mold to clamp the wrench and tighten the ultrasonic mold (torque of about 300Kg/cm). At this time, be careful not to allow the transducer to rotate to avoid twisting the tip. (If you notice rotation, the 4 ultrasonic mold level adjustment screws must be tightened).
2、Ultrasonic mold adjustment
(1)Adjust ahead of time:
①Turn on the standard air pressure source and adjust the working pressure to 2kg/c㎡.
②Turn on the main power switch on the vibration box of the generator, and the indicator light is on.
(2)Position adjustment of ultrasonic mold:
Release the pressure of 4 level adjusting screws, align the direction of the ultrasonic mold with the working object, and then press the power switch of the human body lifter to make the ultrasonic mold press the working object.
(3)Ultrasonic mold level adjustment:
Gently tap around the ultrasonic mold to make the ultrasonic mold match the working object, and the average value is fixed with 4 level adjusting screws.
(4)Ultrasonic mold height adjustment:
If the welding of the work object needs to be prepared in advance for height, adjust the low-value fine-tuning screw to the appropriate part of the elevator barrel after the welding.
(5)Welding preparation in advance:
According to the working conditions, set the load rate section number in the appropriate position. Then check the power switch according to the sonic frequency, and turn the sonic frequency to adjust the screw to make the mark of the amplitude meter within the appropriate scale.
