Under normal circumstances, when customers buy an ultrasonic welding machine, it is impossible to fully consider the size of the plastic parts to be welded in the future. During work, the two plastic welding surfaces are subjected to strong friction due to the effect of ultrasonic waves, and the friction heat causes the plastic to be welded. Plywood is carried out by melting the surface. Below, I will talk about the installation and adjustment of the ultrasonic plastic welding machine.
Installation of ultrasonic plastic welding machine:
1、The machine should be installed on a solid, level work table. There should be an indoor space exceeding 150mm behind the equipment to facilitate natural ventilation and heat removal.
2、In order to ensure safe and practical operation, the equipment must be grounded reliably, and the ground resistor must be less than 4 ohms.
3、Plug the two sides of the Sanyi control cable into the three-pin power socket of the HMD, and tighten the nut.
4、Place the switch in the manual position.
5、Tighten the four screws of the elevator to fix the ultrasonic vibration head, but don't go too hard to prevent the teeth.
6、Wipe the surface of the upper welding mold and the ultrasonic vibration head clean, connect them tightly with screws, and clamp them with any special wrench. The clamping torque is 25 Copernicus/m.
7. Connect the bronchus of the external pneumatic valve to the gas filter of the automatic welding machine.
Adjustment of ultrasonic plastic welding machine
In order to give full play to the actual application effect of ultrasonic plastic welding machine, maintain the characteristics and production safety of the machine, every time the equipment is used or the welding mold is removed, the vibration level of the vibration system software and the vibration system software must be adjusted. This sonic inspection procedure is very critical.
1. Before inspection, both the upper welding mold and the ultrasonic vibration head must be tightly sealed, and the upper welding mold must not touch the product workpiece during inspection.
2. Turn on the main power switch and the indicator light is on.
3. Open the door page of the side rear cover.
4. Press the switch to the sound wave inspection position and observe the marked value of the vibration amplitude meter. Do not hold the power switch continuously for more than 3 seconds for each sound wave inspection. ,
5. Rotate the sound wave inspection screw clockwise and counterclockwise so that the hands of the amplitude meter are at the position of the low scale value. Note: The hands of the amplitude meter can be adjusted below the 1.2 (or 100) scale value, and it is guaranteed to be the low scale position. The vibration generation system software and the vibration system software of the Hammer are better.
