Four ultrasonic effects of ultrasonic welding machine

The utility of mechanical equipment:

The mechanical equipment effect of the ultrasonic welding machine can promote the evaporation of liquid emulsions and gels and the dispersion of solids. When a standing wave is generated in the ultrasonic liquid material, the fine particles floating in the liquid condense at the nodes due to the force of the mechanical equipment, and deposit regularly in the indoor space. When ultrasonic waves propagate in piezoelectric materials and magnetostrictive materials, the induced current is polarized and magnetized due to the mechanical device effects of ultrasonic waves (see Electrolytic Medium Physics and Magnetostriction).

Cavitation effect:

When ultrasonic waves are applied to liquids, many bubbles are generated. One reason is that tensile stress is generated inside the liquid, resulting in negative pressure. The decrease in air pressure saturates the vapor that originally dissolved the liquid and escapes from the liquid into bubbles. Another reason is that strong tensile stress "tears" the liquid into cracks, which is called cavitation. The crack is filled with liquid vapor or another vapor of dissolved liquid, and may even be a vacuum pump. The bubbles produced by cavitation will continue to move, grow up or suddenly destroy with the vibration of the surrounding material. When it is destroyed, the surrounding liquid suddenly rushes into the bubbles, generating high temperature, high pressure and shock waves. The rolling friction along with the cavitation effect will generate positive charges, which are charged and discharged during bubble induction, causing bright states. Most of the technical problems of ultrasonic solutions in liquids are related to cavitation effects.

Thermoelectric effect:

Due to the high frequency and high kinetic energy of ultrasound, it will produce obvious thermoelectric effect when it is digested and absorbed by substances.

The utility of organic chemistry:

The effect of ultrasound can promote or accelerate some chemical changes. For example, pure purified water will cause hydrogen peroxide after ultrasonic treatment; water with N2 will cause nitrite after ultrasonic treatment; dye solution will fade or fade after ultrasonic treatment. This situation is always accompanied by cavitation effects. Ultrasound can also accelerate the entire process of hydrolysis, dissolution and aggregation of many compounds. Ultrasound is also harmful to the entire process of photochemical reaction and photoelectrocatalysis. After the solutions of various carbohydrates and other organic chemical substances are dissolved by ultrasonic, the characteristic bands disappear, showing symmetrical general digestion and absorption, indicating that the cavitation effect changes the molecular formula.
